BAKERDREAM Matcha Powder 80g

Matcha powder is the finely ground heart of green tea – ideal for traditional tea moments and modern creations. The intensely green powder impresses with a gentle sweetness, fresh herbal notes, and fine umami – perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy consistently high-quality matcha tea at home. Taste & Quality The finely ground green tea powder dissolves exceptionally well and forms a creamy, delicate foam. The vibrant green color is a testament to careful processing. As a finely ground green tea powder, it is equally suitable for pure enjoyment as matcha tea and as matcha tea powder for lattes and smoothies. Mildly tart in taste, well-rounded in mouthfeel, and pleasantly balanced – ideal if you want to buy high-quality matcha powder without committing to a specific brand. Preparation & Use For classic matcha: Whisk 1-2g of powder with 70-80°C hot water (60-80ml) using a bamboo whisk (Chasen) or milk frother. For matcha latte: Whisk 1 teaspoon until smooth in a small amount of water and top up with frothed milk or a plant-based drink. Furthermore, matcha powder is versatile for baking and cooking: it refines smoothies, bowls, desserts, energy balls, ice cream, and pastries – a true matcha latte powder for home that adds natural color and characteristic flavor to recipes. Storage & Tip Store in a dry, cool, and dark place; seal airtight after opening to preserve aroma and color. For an extra fine experience, sift the powder briefly before preparation.
